2 things: they better watch their backs and Congress will never pass it. BUT....I hope it passes. Although I am sure the evil U.N. will dig up funding elsewhere. It's all part of a political agenda and those people have deep pockets. But that was one of the worst things ever started was the U.N. Of course it has always been a political tool to be used as needed instead of what they pretended it would be.
