I giggle when I get to watch the hand of God changing the mindset of a group of people who are used to working as a team, however they gather their incentives to play well together, to a team who's mindset suddenly gets the lazer focus to work towards a higher goal than a championship. He does it all the time, like villagers pulling in a fishing net after a river clears from the monsoons.
